We are dedicated to breeding top quality
Friesian horses for type, temperament and disposition. We are
|
|
very careful in our selection of the
Friesian stallions we use with our mares, as our goals are to preserve |
|
type and the betterment of the breed.
We have several Friesian mares ranging from multi-generation
|
|
ster mares to imported studbook mares,
from baroque Friesian to the modern Friesian type. |
| |
|
We're located in South
West Idaho just forty miles east of Boise. We have a modest 20 acre
farm, we breed and |
|
raise quality Friesian
horses for all disciplines with good temperaments, great dispositions
with a willingness |
|
to work.
We raise 3 to 4
foals a year. Within the first few days of their birth we halter our
foals after |
|
allowing plenty of
time for mom and baby to bond without too much interference. Our
Friesians are |
|
handled daily and
love their daily turnout to enjoy the fresh air, green pastures and
exercise. |
|
Our Friesians are
also stalled nightly and have good stall manners. |
| |
|
Visitors are always
welcome, we always enjoy meeting new people, making new friends and
sharing our |
|
love for the Friesian
breed. If you have any questions about our Friesian horses or would
like to |
|
visit please feel
free to contact us by e-mail or phone, we are more than happy to
answer questions |
|
about the Friesian or help you locate
the horse of your dreams.
